Job description

We are looking for a Software Engineering Squad Lead to motivate, coach, and mentor a team to deliver various projects which are coordinated with our product and project teams and to provide technical implementation of various systems which reside in the BSS/OSS space. The Software Engineering Squad Lead will have build responsibility and understanding of technical requirements such as capacity, security, maintainability, and other non-functional aspects.

What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Organising and running of a small team including overseas contractors.
  • Development for the ServiceNow platform
  • Technical systems and software design
  • Solving technical problems
  • Implementing new features
  • Code review
  • Automated testing
  • Driving CI/CD best practices
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Providing accurate time and cost estimation of solutions
