Our technology supports cutting-edge semiconductor and photovoltaic applications worldwide.We're now looking for a Junior Laser Applications Development Engineer to join our Technology Development team.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on, lab-based role designed for a recent graduate who is naturally curious, methodical and detail-driven.You'll work with short-pulse solid-state lasers and advanced optical systems, helping to: * Design and run structured experiments * Optimise laser-material interactions * Analyse results using microscopy and metrology tools

• Translate physics theory into real-world engineering solutions * Develop robust, repeatable manufacturing processesYou'll be mentored by experienced laser specialists, giving you exposure to real industrial projects from day one.
