Azure Cloud engineer

As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you'll be at the heart of building, managing, and evolving the cloud hosting environments that power our SaaS solutions. At Exact Cloud Services, we operate across both Azure and our private cloud, supporting critical operations and driving forward-looking projects. With infrastructure increasingly shifting toward software, automation is key-and you'll help lead that charge. We're currently transitioning to Azure, and your expertise will be essential in optimizing and maintaining this journey., As a Cloud Engineer at Exact Cloud Services-a proud part of the Exact Group-you'll work within the Cloud Platform Department to ensure the stability, performance, scalability, and security of our hosting platforms. These platforms support around 400 customers using Exact products in a hosted environment.

You'll collaborate with a team of skilled engineers who understand the business inside and out. You'll learn from them, and they'll learn from you. Your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and ability to prioritize will be key to your success. You're customer-focused, solution-driven, and always looking for ways to grow. You're proactive, professional, and not afraid to think beyond conventional boundaries., + 4-5 years of relevant experience in a professional, service-oriented IT environment.

• Strong expertise in several of the following areas: o Microsoft Azure o Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially Bicep o Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (NICE TO HAVE) o Azure Virtual Desktop (core component) o Azure Desired State Configuration (DSC) with PowerShell o Microsoft Defender o Azure PaaS services (e.g., databases, storage, networking, security) o Windows Server, Active Directory o Security and patching tools (Microsoft Defender, Ivanti Security Controls, Tenable) Personal qualities:
