Data Quality Analyst

My client is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join their team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping data accurate, reliable, and compliant across their business systems. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring, validating, and resolving data quality issues, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and meets regulatory standards.

Duties Include:

• Review, check, and verify application data in line with defined procedures and protocols
• Liaise with customers to ensure accurate and complete information is provided
• Monitor governance reports and data quality checks daily, resolving issues as required
• Support and respond to incoming data accuracy challenges
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies to improve data quality and compliance processes
• Assist with the maintenance and updating of reference data lists in line with regulatory updates
• Communicate process changes clearly to internal client services teams
• Identify, report, and track system or platform issues impacting data quality in collaboration with product teams
• Provide data quality support and guidance to client-facing teams
• Assist with annual audits, accreditation reviews, and governance activities
• Support ad-hoc project work as required

• Previous experience in a data-entry, data quality, or support role (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Additional languages are advantageous but not essential
