Job description

This is a commercially focused launch role within the diabetes space, centred on introducing and accelerating adoption of next-generation Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology. You will take ownership of territory performance, ensuring patients living with diabetes gain access to advanced monitoring solutions that support more informed clinical decision-making.

The role combines product launch execution, stakeholder engagement, and NHS navigation. You will operate across clinical and payer environments, aligning digital and device-based solutions to real-world service needs while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Role Requirements

Lead the launch of the new CGM product, delivering against the broader commercial strategy for the Near Patient Care portfolio.

Drive adoption of digital health solutions, including AI-enabled technologies designed to enhance clinical insight and patient management.

Navigate national and local NHS frameworks to identify opportunities and implement practical access strategies.

Engage and influence clinical and financial Key Opinion Leaders across Primary and Secondary Care to build advocacy and long-term adoption.

Deliver structured training to Healthcare Professionals and patients to ensure confident and effective product use.

Develop and maintain strong ambassador networks to support sustained portfolio growth.

Requirements

Proven sales experience within the diabetes therapeutic area.

Strong commercial acumen with a consistent record of delivering results.

Bachelor's Degree (Business, Life Sciences, or Nursing preferred; postgraduate qualification advantageous).

Experience managing high-value payer relationships.

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across clinical and financial audiences.

Exposure to medical and market access environments.

Confidence working cross-functionally within complex healthcare systems.
