4+ years' experienceI'm currently looking to speak with experienced CRM Automation Specialists for an upcoming opportunity with one of my clients based in Wolverhampton. This is a new role being created within the business, offering the chance to shape and influence their CRM and automation approach from the ground up.This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys building and optimising automated CRM campaigns across B2B eCommerce platforms, with a strong focus on customer journeys, loyalty and retention.What the role will involveAutomising and running CRM campaigns across email and lifecycle channelsDesigning and maintaining end-to-end customer journeys, including hybrid flow-chart style journey mappingDriving loyalty and repeat engagement through data-led automationWorking closely with the marketing team to align CRM activity with wider campaignsAnalysing performance and continuously optimising journeys and automation flowsWho I'm keen to speak with4+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automationHands-on experience within B2B eCommerce environmentsStrong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and triggersExperience using CRM / marketing automation platformsComfortable collaborating closely with marketing teamsNice to have (but not essential):Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365SaaS or subscription-based business experienceExposure to loyalty or retention-focused CRM strategiesPlease apply if you would like to arrange a chat.
