Job description
CCE-I teams manage the BNPPF digital channels, covering apps and websites for both individual customers and employees. Operating in an agile environment, we collaborate closely with product experts, process teams and control functions to develop and maintain these digital channels.
Within CCE-I, our Tribe Test Engineers (TTEs) are responsible for defining, embedding and overseeing the test strategy across development teams. They coordinate all testing activities-from planning to execution-to mitigate risks and ensure production stability.
The CCE-I tribe consists of around 340 people focused on digital channel development, supported by a team of 4 TTEs. Currently, our key challenge is maximizing automation in testing activities, including exploring AI-driven solutions.
AND IN DETAIL
- Ensure End-to-End Quality Ownership (define and enforce a risk-based test strategy, embedding quality gates across the SDLC,…)
- Increase test automation coverage and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, safer releases
- Streamline test environments, data management, and tooling to reduce testing cycle time and eliminate redundant efforts.
- Support teams to design a Risk-Based Test Plan for a new feature
- Coordinate a multi-team regression test cycle before a major release
- Help and advice teams on how to improve their test automation coverage and integrate their test suite into their development pipelines
Requirements
Do you have experience in Test automation?, * Knowledge of test automation frameworks like Selenium
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools including Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Certifications as a plus: ISTQB Advanced, Agile Tester or DevOps-related
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority and align teams on quality objectives
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues
- Agile mindset with experience in Scrum, Kanban or scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
- Excellent communication skills to present clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
