As a Platform Engineer within the DATA/OPS Systems Engineering team, you are responsible for the design and management of the Kubernetes environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing our Kubernetes/OpenShift environment
  • Building and maintaining scalable and automated internal developer platforms
  • Supporting the management of our on-premise AI environment
  • Defining projects that you execute independently, with colleagues, or with external vendors
  • Determining the concepts and standards of the environment in line with the company's vision and strategy
  • Acting as the final internal link in the ICT support process
  • Contributing to a high-performance and stable ICT environment
  • Maintaining close contact with the development and architecture teams, Furthermore, you have expertise in one or more of the following technologies within the assigned technology domain:
  • Container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker)
  • Automation (Helm, Terraform, Ansible), scripting, and related tools
  • CI/CD tooling (Azure Pipelines, GitLab Runner, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, ...)
  • Linux (various distributions, e.g., RedHat, Oracle Linux, ...)
  • Apache, nginx, Redis, ...

Requirements

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an ICT-related field and have at least three years of relevant experience. You are familiar with managing and supporting projects and have knowledge of concepts such as load balancing and high availability. Security and stability are always your top priorities. Additionally, you have basic knowledge of ITIL and experience with ticketing tools., Bachelor's degree
