Job description
- Build the Core: Develop backend logic using Apex (Salesforce's proprietary language, very similar to Java/C#) and frontend components using LWCs with Javascript.
- Connect the Dots: Build and manage RESTful APIs to integrate our platform with external applications such as messaging services and LLM APIs
- Full Stack Work: Work with modern web technologies (Typescript) and relational/document databases.
- Collaborate: Code reviews, architectural planning, and solving real problems for our customers with the autonomy to lay out your own path to a solution.
Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, We are a fast-growing PropTech scale-up building a SaaS product natively on the Salesforce platform and we are looking to scale up our empowered engineering team. We are looking for a Mid-Level Engineer (2-3 years exp) who wants to build scalable architecture, not just patch bugs. You'll be working on our core Salesforce application and our internal platform that connects to a host of services that augment our core product., * 2-3 Years Experience: You know your way around a software development lifecycle.
- Strong OOP Foundation: You are comfortable with Java or C#. (If you know these, you'll pick up Apex quickly).
- Web Fundamentals: Strong command of JavaScript and a deep understanding of designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- The "Nice-to-Haves":
- Salesforce Awareness: Experience with Salesforce is a bonus, not a requirement. We are happy to teach the platform to a strong developer.
- Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior or graduate developers and conducting code reviews.
- Industry Insight: Any previous exposure to the Property or Real Estate tech sectors (PropTech).
