IT Support & Quality Assurance Engineer

• Lead, coach, and manage support and QA teams to ensure efficient incident, request, and escalation handling.
• Oversee service desk operations, monitor SLAs, and manage vendor escalations.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution with post-incident reviews.
• Maintain aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Define and uphold QA strategies, design and execute manual/automated tests, and integrate frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Postman) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance testing, monitoring, and support efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and self-service tools.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, IT security, and audit requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate releases and manage system upgrades.
• Provide management with reports on uptime, QA metrics, SLAs, and service improvements.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance or IT sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Knowledge of performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Basic understanding of SQL for database validation., * Bachelor's (preferred)
