You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data processes, maintain governance standards, and deliver actionable insights. Hybrid working:

  • Analyse, validate, and transform datasets to support the growth and maintenance of the UK Data Hub, ensuring data quality, lineage, and ETL integrity.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by developing tools for data management, visualization, and compliance with Data Hub and Group Master Data List standards.
  • Optimize business operations through statistical analysis, data manipulation, and visualization techniques across multiple data sources.
  • Support teams in understanding data capture, storage, and governance processes while maintaining the IT Data Dictionary.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, resolve data inconsistencies, implement validation processes, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Strong proficiency in PySpark, SQL, Python, along with hands-on experience using Tableau, Power BI, and big-data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.

  • Experience working on cloud-based data platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) with a solid background as an IT Data Analyst, ideally in Financial Services.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication abilities to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading analytical initiatives, driving business impact, and thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
