Job DescriptionData Subject Access Administrator - 3 Month Contract (Hybrid/Remote) Your new company An established organisation undergoing a complex data project is seeking a meticulous Data Subject Access Administrator to support a high-volume Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) project. You will be joining a collaborative HR team and working closely with the Data Protection Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the company meets its obligations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong confidentiality awareness and a passion for detail-driven work. Your new role In this temporary 3-month assignment, you'll review and prepare large volumes of employee-related data for controlled disclosure. This will involve working through emails, Microsoft Teams chats, shared documents and HR system records, identifying information relating to the data subject and ensuring third-party details are appropriately redacted., Searching, reviewing and extracting relevant data from email, Teams, HR records and shared systemsAssessing what information is in scope for disclosure under data protection regulationsRedacting all third-party personal information in line with GDPR requirementsPreparing and uploading documents to a secure SharePoint site curated by the Data Protection OfficerHandling tens of thousands of potential documents with accuracy and consistencyWorking under a strict confidentiality agreement (NDA)Supporting the HR team to meet a fixed DSAR submission deadline of 5th MayThis role is both fast-paced and highly administrative, suited to someone who thrives on structured, methodical tasks and can manage high-volume workloads with care and precision

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will have:Experience handling confidential HR data, GDPR-sensitive documents or redaction workA strong understanding of personal data and confidentiality obligationsExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to repetitive tasksConfidence reviewing high volumes of digital records across multiple systemsStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams and SharePointThe ability to work autonomously and maintain accuracy under time pressureWillingness to sign and uphold a strict NDAFlexibility to attend on site training in Whiteley, with the option of remote working thereafterCandidates with HR administration, information governance, compliance or legal administration backgrounds are especially well-suited.
