Scrum master

• Facilitate & coach: You guide the teams through agile events and coach them to a higher level of maturity.
• Remove obstacles: You are a bulldozer for impediments. You don't just report them; you resolve them together with internal stakeholders.
• The Big Picture: Together with the Release Train Engineer, you take a leading role in the quarterly planning events (QBR/BRP).
• Support: You assist Product Owners with backlog management and ensure clear communication between developers and stakeholders.

Do you have experience in Scrum?, We are not looking for a theorist who can recite the textbook, but someone who understands group dynamics and knows how to truly set teams in motion.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of guiding multiple teams (3+) simultaneously.
• Profile: You hold a recognized Scrum certification (PSM/CSM).
• Mindset: Direct, empathic, and hands-on. You dare to challenge the status quo and possess the persuasive power to turn resistance into enthusiasm.
• Tech savvy: Experience with Jira and Confluence is a must. Knowledge of working in a DevOps environment is a strong plus.
• Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and English.
• Location: You are willing to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week to ensure an optimal connection with the teams.
