- Provide first and second-level technical support to customers and internal teams, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, diagnose, and document bugs and improvement opportunities.
- Manage tickets and requests through ticketing systems, ensuring clear and timely updates to customers.
- Conduct in-depth problem analysis and propose preventive solutions to reduce recurring issues.
- Contribute to creating and updating technical documentation, guides, and FAQs to enhance customer self-service.
