Job description

  • Manage tickets and requests through ticketing systems, ensuring clear and timely updates to customers.
  • Conduct in-depth problem analysis and propose preventive solutions to reduce recurring issues.
  • Contribute to creating and updating technical documentation, guides, and FAQs to enhance customer self-service.
