A senior HR systems position responsible for the integrity, performance and continuous development of the organisation's HRIS (Workday).
You will lead on system configuration, data governance, reporting and innovation - ensuring accurate, meaningful people data supports strategic decision-making across a growing organisation.
This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership and external providers, acting as the internal expert on HR systems and workforce analytics., Oversee day-to-day management and optimisation of Workday (HCM, Time, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits)
