Job description
As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making across the entire omni-retail value chain. You will play a key role within the Data & Analytics function, enabling and empowering business domains such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Product, and Pricing through high-quality data products, analyses, and insights.
Working in a data-driven and fast-paced e-commerce environment, you collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions that create measurable business impact.
You will:
- Collect, extract, clean, validate, and prepare large datasets from e-commerce platforms, sales systems, loyalty programs, and marketing channels;
- Support the delivery of Data & Analytics products by:
- Analyzing business case requests for data marts, data feeds, analytics, and AI / ML solutions and assessing expected business impact;
- Performing data availability and data mapping assessments across multiple data sources;
- Validating data quality and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations;
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior patterns, inventory performance, and campaign effectiveness;
- Collaborate with analysts, team leads, and managers to define requirements, present insights, and translate business needs into analytical projects;
- Provide data-driven recommendations related to promotions, pricing, marketing, merchandising, and customer segmentation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A Bachelor's degree (preferably) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and a high level of English proficiency;
- 3+ years of experience in Data, BI, Analytics, Data Science, or AI domains, preferably within e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or another data-intensive industry;
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills;
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker;
- Experience with Python or R, Google BigQuery / GCP is highly desirable but not mandatory;
- Experience working in agile environments using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
