Job description

As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for establishing development standards, supporting developers, and facilitating IT initiatives in our ecosystem:

Build side:

  • Establish and document development guidelines and best practices
  • Ensure adoption of guidelines across agile tribes
  • Support developers through coaching and mentoring
  • Contribute to IT4IT projects within the CoE ADM
  • Facilitate the Benelux developers' Community of Practice (CoP)
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders (analysis, testing, process) for transversal alignment
  • Act as a local ambassador for BNP initiatives (AI for developers, security champions, etc.)

Run side:

  • Engage with local IT stakeholders to ensure alignment (Architecture, Infrastructure, Risk & Security)
  • Represent CoE ADM in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to validate change requests
  • Report to Head of COE ADM and collaborate closely with IT Tribe Leads
  • Ensure hands-on development to practically apply guidelines and best practices
  • Maintain a security mindset in all development activities

Requirements

Do you have experience in UML?, You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in demanding DevOps environments. You enjoy mentoring, building scalable software solutions, and are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

Technical skills (in an Agile, DevOps, Cloud environment):

  • Mastery of Java and software engineering practices (UML, SDLC, architecture)
  • DevOps expertise and cloud knowledge
  • Security acumen
  • Experience with software architecture and delivery management (preferable)
  • Experience with Scrum (preferable)
  • Banking/financial sector knowledge (preferable)
