What you'll be doing

· Lead and develop the ICT Support Team, ensuring excellent customer service, high performance and continuous improvement.

· Manage internal ICT SLAs, ensuring timely responses, high-quality resolution and proactive service enhancements.

· Act as a trusted business partner, advising operational leaders and translating business needs into technology solutions.

· Drive digital innovation, including assistive technology, automation and modern M365 capabilities.

· Deliver ICT projects, aligned to the organisation's ICT Roadmap, from planning to implementation.

· Strengthen resilience and security, including business continuity, data protection and cyber security standards.

· Coordinate information governance workflows such as FOIs, SARs and statutory data rights requests.

· Promote digital confidence, training and supporting staff to use systems effectively and safely.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You'll bring:

· At least 3 years' experience in ICT management or ICT project delivery

· Proven experience leading and motivating an ICT support team

· Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, hardware and business systems

· Excellent communication skills, able to engage with people at all levels

· Experience managing SLAs, performance data and service improvements

· A strong understanding of cyber security, governance and data protection

· Experience handling FOIs, SARs and GDPR compliance

· Confidence in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and digital workplace tools

· Educated to degree level in IT, Digital Technologies or equivalent experience.
