We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Second Line IT Support Analyst to join the IT team at Dutton Gregory. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of IT systems across the firm, providing high-quality technical support and acting as the main escalation point for complex issues raised by the First Line Support team.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to troubleshoot technical problems, maintain core systems, and help deliver a reliable and secure IT environment that supports our people in delivering excellent service to clients. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across the firm
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and monitoring
- Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures
- Work with third-party suppliers where required to resolve issues
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or improvements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Do you have a GCSE?, * Previous experience in a Second Line IT Support (or similar) role
- Ideally experienced within a professional services environment
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Experience with service desk/ticketing systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities, * Professional service environment: 2 years (preferred)
- Second line IT support: 2 years (preferred)
