We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience selling Managed IT Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the MSP sales process, has an existing network, and can hit the ground running., * Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the SME and mid-market sectors
- Sell Managed IT Services, IT Support, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, and related services
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and partner relationships
- Attend client meetings (virtual and in person) to present solutions and proposals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Work closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Represent the company professionally at events and client meetings
Requirements

You are proactive, professional, and hungry to succeed., * Minimum 3 years proven experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP)
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of MSP offerings, including:
- IT Support and Helpdesk
- Microsoft 365
- Cloud solutions (Azure preferred)
- Cybersecurity services
- Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
- Professional, credible, and consultative sales approach
