Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience selling Managed IT Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the MSP sales process, has an existing network, and can hit the ground running., * Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the SME and mid-market sectors

  • Sell Managed IT Services, IT Support, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, and related services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and partner relationships
  • Attend client meetings (virtual and in person) to present solutions and proposals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Represent the company professionally at events and client meetings

Requirements

You understand the MSP market, know how to open doors, and are confident presenting value-driven solutions to business decision-makers. You are proactive, professional, and hungry to succeed., * Minimum 3 years proven experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP)
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of MSP offerings, including:
  • IT Support and Helpdesk
  • Microsoft 365
  • Cloud solutions (Azure preferred)
  • Cybersecurity services
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery
  • Ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
  • Professional, credible, and consultative sales approach
