Job description

The Data team are a key component of the IT function. We are now looking to hire a Data Insight Analyst on a fixed term contract until April 2027.

More about your role

The Data Insight Analyst is a leading role in the Data team reporting directly to the Data Insight Manager.

The successful candidate will be a data expert who has the ability to interrogate large volumes of data. The position will involve lots of work on data integrity - identifying and resolving data quality issues with the wider business, as well as putting new processes and checks in place to maintain good data integrity.

You will possess the ability to transform and present complex data in a clear format which makes it easy for stakeholders to interpret and act upon. In addition, you will adhere to data governance policies and ensure data privacy and security standards are maintained and upheld.

More about you

You will develop and maintain a variety of reports and interactive dashboards using data visualisation tools to provide insights into KPIs and critical business metrics. Utilising tools such as Power BI, Python and other analytical techniques you will be able to perform in depth data analysis, derive valuable insights and respond to any business queries.

In addition, you will work closely with cross functional teams such as Systems and Infrastructure to foster collaboration so that data driven decisions can be made.

This role will require a basic DBS check., Please note that we may bring the closing date forward, if we receive a large number of quality applications. If you are interested in this role we would advise applying immediately to avoid disappointment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Experience as an Insight, Business or Data Analyst,

  • Experience of querying databases such as Salesforce and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong attention to detail
