Job description

Sunspeed Solutions Ltd is seeking a technically capable and solutions-focused individual to support and further develop our core business system, ESPOCRM, alongside providing general IT support across the organisation.

ESPOCRM underpins the majority of our business operations, from sales and project delivery through to HR and finance. It has been heavily configured to align with our workflows and continues to evolve as the business grows.

This role combines business systems administration, development support, and hands-on IT assistance. It offers the opportunity to start on a part-time basis, with progression to full-time as operational demand increases.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholder's on system development and improvement initiatives.

Home working will be considered for the right applicant; however, some on-site presence in Bracknell will be required to support hardware and user needs., ESPOCRM Support & Administration

  • Provide first-line support to ESPO users across all departments
  • Troubleshoot system issues and user queries
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and access controls
  • Maintain data integrity and system structure
  • Assist with system updates, testing, and deployment
  • Document workflows, configurations, and system changes

System Development & Enhancement

  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of ESPOCRM
  • Configure workflows, business processes, dashboards, and reports
  • Assist with automation and scripting under the guidance of key stakeholder's
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems
  • Help identify efficiencies and opportunities for digital process enhancement

On-Site IT & General Technical Support

  • Provide on-site IT support for hardware and software issues
  • Set up and configure laptops and equipment for new and existing staff
  • Install and configure approved software applications
  • Liaise with and work under the guidance of our external IT consultant and key stakeholder's
  • Support troubleshooting of network, device, and access-related issues
  • Assist with maintaining IT asset records and equipment tracking

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Scripting?, * Strong technical background

  • Experience using one or more scripting languages
  • Experience administering or configuring CRM systems
  • ESPOCRM experience highly desirable
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues methodically
  • Understanding of user access control and data security principles
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Confident supporting non-technical users

Desirable

  • Experience within an SME operational environment
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and device management
  • Familiarity with structured change control processes
