Platform Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer to join a fast-growing technology platform used by millions of consumers across Europe. You will help design, build, and maintain a highly scalable and reliable cloud platform that supports a wide range of services used daily by customers across the continent.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building robust infrastructure, automating processes, and working with modern cloud-native technologies., * Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters running production workloads
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Automate configuration management and deployments using Ansible
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and platform tooling
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Continuously improve automation, observability, and operational efficiency

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services
• Proven experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
• Strong understanding of containerization, cloud-native architectures, and microservices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment, * Candidate must have a valid European work visa / right to work in the EU
• Willingness to work hybrid from the Dordrecht office (3 days per week)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
