Job description

We're partnered with a fast-growing construction technology company building mission-critical software for commercial contractors. Their platform provides an all-in-one system for managing field operations, projects, inventory, and financial workflows across large-scale construction businesses. As the company continues to expand its product capabilities, they are hiring Fullstack Software Engineers to help accelerate product development and deliver new modules that directly support contractors operating in the field.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building products from scratch, working closely with high-performing teams, and moving quickly in a startup environment., * Work within small, high-impact squad teams to accelerate development across core product areas.

  • Design and build new product modules from the ground up, such as time-tracking systems for field technicians.
  • Develop features for inventory and purchasing management tailored to commercial contractors.
  • Contribute to the projects module, focusing on workflows used by subcontractors in new construction environments.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to solve complex product and technical challenges across the platform.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
  • Experience building new products or major features from scratch.
  • Experience as a founding engineer or early employee in a startup is a plus.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
