Software Developer

In this attractive position you design and implement cutting-edge applications to automate international trading processes in close cooperation with traders and provide essential data. Sometimes you design the tools from scratch other times you fine-tune existing applications. You operate close to the business and strive to anticipate evolving trader- and market-demands. As the director of the development lifecycle, you design, implement, test, benchmark, deploy and document changes. This role is challenging because the time to market is extremely short and you have to strike a perfect balance between deadlines and long-term sustainability. Other tasks include support, developing maintenance scripts and monitoring IT-related trends. In short, you are our internal thought leader on all aspects of software development.

You are an enthusiastic and experienced Java Software Developer with a keen understanding of UNIX, Networking and Version management systems. Outgoing, decisive, analytical and innovative are competences that you possess. Furthermore you have a commercial drive, a service-minded attitude and the talent to motivate team-members.
