Job description

Implementation Specific:

  • Ensure contracts recorded ready for processing and billing
  • Undertake responsibility for tracking, monitoring and resourcing the data extraction tool, data migration process and their functions
  • Work with the On-boarding Team throughout the implementation process ensuring configuration requirements are fully captured and configured in preparation for the client's Go-Live date
  • Work with new customers to ensure;

o Optimal contact throughout the implementation process ensuring configuration requirements are fully captured and understood

o Execution of configuration and implementation is carried out to a high standard

  • Participate in quality assurance ensuring all implementations inherit the correct configuration as per specification

Data Migration Specific:

  • Work with Sales Team and assist with the acquisition of new accounts
  • Work with the On-boarding Team to ensure data migration requirements are fully captured and understood, helping with the cleansing of client data when required
  • Work with Account Management Team keeping them abreast of new acquisitions
  • Liaise with Service Delivery to ensure all scripts used are current and fulfil requirements for Data Migrations and Implementations
  • Research and undertake necessary business analysis to help with the design and creation of new data extracts and data import services
  • Creation of SQL scripts to assist with further data cleansing

Project Management Specific:

  • Manage entire project lifecycle for all new clients ensuring their go-live date and milestones along the way are met
  • Ensure the customer has a point of contact throughout project lifecycle
  • Updating implementation projects as necessary
  • Contact / meet with the Client on a regular basis to provide an update on the progress of their implementation project
  • Ensuring the project has completed all outstanding deliverables

Requirements

  • Experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role preferable
  • Experience within a financial services institution with specific experience in project management and data migration
  • SQL Querying
  • VBA
  • Microsoft Office/PC skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel and Access (Pivot Tables, VLookups etc)
