Job description
- Provision of FAS Apps knowledge transfer and SME advice and guidance to Army users in classroom environments, in-barracks, deployed on exercise or remotely.
- Managing and configuring NATO FAS Apps and Sitaware post server build.
- Provide advice and guidance on the rectification of OpNET Blue incidents whilst conducting knowledge transfer.
- Manage FAS Apps integration in support of users.
- Maintain currency in their area of expertise (FAS Apps).
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of the OpNET Blue system and design.
- Practical knowledge and experience of building FAS Servers and Sitaware HQ
- JChat/Openfire, NFFI, JREAP, Sitaware MIP and Sitaware SHC.
- WINTEL experience (DNS, Active Directory, Firewalls)
- ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA Network
- CompTIA Security
- CCNA and/or CCNP
- VMWare certification (desirable)
