Job description
To undertake ICT technical support within multiple education environments, tasks include:-

The assessment & resolution of day to day issues which arise with schoolhardware devices such as PC's, Printers, Laptops, Interactive Whiteboards, Projectors,Network Devices and other ICT peripherals to ensure any disruption to lesson deliveryis minimised.

The creation and removal of user accounts from the respective Servers along with resetting forgotten password settingsetc.

Support assistance of Wireless Networking in the schoolenvironment.

Any bespoke software installation and respectiveadministration.

Assistance with the maintenance and upkeep of the School MLEsystem.

Assistance in the classroom environment where IT hardware is being used todeliver the Curriculum.

The basic training and exposure to new IT hardware and software in the schoolwith respective staff members.
Requirements
Successful candidate must own a car (milage is paid for) and be able to pass a full DBS check (this is covered by the client)
