Job description

The Projects Administrator, with guidance from the Head of Projects, will support the numerous projects that take place. The Projects Administrator will support the Projects Team with a wide range of projects and will have specific responsibility for supporting technical offerings (apps, web portals, e-learning platforms), including flagging bugs or issues, responding to user queries, supporting the Sales Team and Projects Coordinators with demo requests and new client rollouts., The Projects Administrator will also need to support the team with completing project administration, including User support and queries, as well as assisting with data collation and reporting as well as triaging all incoming requests via email and ticket desk. Client on boarding and Implementation tasks may include preparing implementation plans, completing client on boarding forms and reviewing processes.

Requirements

This role may suit a recent graduate from an IT or business related discipline or someone with a proven interest/experience of IT solutions and business procedures commonly used in the commercial environment., Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Along with some or all the following areas of expertise;

  • Highly competent with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and project software, training will be offered as required.
  • Experience of handling projects is desirable.
  • Knowledge or a strong interest in digital and web technology.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, web content management systems and social media, training will be offered as required.
