ION is seeking a creative and motivated Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team in London.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will translate user insights into engaging and intuitive user experiences. We are looking for a strong UX designer who is qualified, with 4-6 years experience, who is eager to learn and enjoys the challenge of creating UX for complex B2B products.

You will collaborate with Lead designers, product managers, and developers to create functional and visually appealing features that meet both our customers' and business needs., * 4-6 years experience in UX design.

• Good knowledge of Figma.
• Solid knowledge of creating prototypes and conducting usability testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Preferred:
• Experience in designing complex applications.
