• Creating tools and solutions for client engagements and customer-related services, both web and off-line applications;

• Designing, programming and testing technical solutions, from rapid prototyping down to robust deployment (commented and documented) and implementation;

• Writing and supporting functional reports and converting our functionality description into well-documented, working applications;

• Proactively seeking opportunities to broaden and deepen our knowledge base and proficiencies.

We are looking for a creative, self starting and independent colleague who is looking forward to shaping this new role in our company. Our ideal candidate would fit the following description:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree Business Information Systems (in Dutch: Bedrijfskundige Informatica) or equivalent;

• 1-5 years experience in programming, as demonstrated by your portfolio;

• Experience with technical and functional software design requirements and execution for both web and offline applications;

• Proficient in web-based scripting (W3C valid (D)HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery);

• Good knowledge of C# or C++, and at least one other programming languages, like .Net, PHP, Java, Perl, etc.;

• Experience with VBA is an advantage;

• Excellent communication skills in English, both in speech and writing (Dutch is preferred, but not mandatory);

• Other profile characteristics our ideal candidate has: project working skills, structured and knowledge sharing.
