These are true end-to-end experiences driven by data, underpinned by strategy, and designed to meet customers where they are, with the right message at the right time.

They're now looking to bring in a Senior Digital Project Manager to help lead the successful delivery of these complex and transformative digital programmes.

As Senior Digital Project Manager, you'll be the lead orchestrator on high-impact digital projects for global clients managing delivery from discovery and scoping through to launch.

You'll sit at the centre of a talented, cross-functional team of designers, developers, strategists, data experts and client partners ensuring seamless execution, commercial success and exceptional user outcomes.

Projects vary in size and scope, from large-scale websites and mobile apps to fully integrated portal and intranet solutions that connect deeply with CRM and customer data platforms.

  • Work closely with internal teams to align technical, creative and strategic outputs
  • Apply agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to suit project needs
  • Identify risks early and resolve blockers with confidence
  • Ensure final deliverables exceed client expectations in terms of quality, performance and user value

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital project management
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-channel digital projects within an agency or consultancy setting
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with customer data, marketing technology, or connected platforms (Salesforce, Sitecore, Adobe, HubSpot etc.) is highly advantageous
  • Calm under pressure, highly organised, and solution-oriented

Why This Role?
