What You'll Be Doing

Providing 1st / 2nd line IT support to users

Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments

Setting up users, devices and permissions

Requirements

At least 1-2 years' experience in IT support

Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (admin, users, licences)

Experience with Active Directory / Group Policy

Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Strong troubleshooting skills
