ResponsibilitiesRecruit, lead and mentor a geographically distributed applications engineering team (5-10 engineers) Collaborate with hardware and ML application engineering peers and cross-functional teams across engineering, the business unit landing team, product management Define, plan and manage support deliverables such as training material throughout the product lifecycle Engage with product management to align support with product strategy and partner needs Provide support for our partners with firmware and software related problems on their Arm-based systems Deliver occasional customer training sessions or assist at major customer project milestone Travel occasionally to Arm sites and partner locations Required Skills And Experience10+ years in firmware/software development Strong C/C++ programming skills Deep understanding of SoC architecture Experience debugging from firmware to OS/application layers Solid grasp of Arm processor architecture Experience of leading teams, directly and indirectly Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) Nice To Have Skills And ExperienceSystem bring-up and JTAG debugging expertise Good background of system performance analysis Experience with RTL simulation tools and software development tools In ReturnYou'll gain deep exposure to real-world applications built on Arm architectures, sharpen both your technical and interpersonal skills, and contribute directly to accelerating technological evolution across the industry!
