Software Engineer

SR2 are partnering with a growing SaaS platform used by organisations across global markets. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong API integration experience to help expand and scale their platform.

This is a backend-focused role where you will design and build integrations that connect the platform with a wide range of external systems, while helping evolve both their public API and internal integration framework.

You will join a lean engineering team with strong ownership, where engineers influence architecture, standards and product delivery.

What you will be doing

• Build and maintain third party integrations with external platforms
• Develop and improve RESTful APIs using Python and Django
• Extend the internal integrations framework to support faster delivery
• Design reliable, scalable backend systems across distributed environments
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape technical solutions
• Write clean, well tested code and clear technical documentation
