Job description

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Solution Architect to design and deliver a modern cloud contact centre platform as part of a major customer engagement transformation.

You will define the target architecture, lead key design decisions, and ensure scalable and secure CCaaS capabilities., * Design end-to-end CCaaS architecture using Amazon Connect

Define IVR and call routing logic aligned with Salesforce
Produce the target state architecture (BYOT likely)
Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimisation
