This is a hands-on where you will:
- Provide first- and second-line support for all end-user hardware and software issues.
- Install and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, network peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with server and network maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
- Carry out routine system checks, backups, and monitoring.
- Maintain IT documentation for processes, devices, and support tickets.
