Design Engineer - Fixed Wing Structure

Scope: Full Time, Employed Model: Fully Onsite Location: Switzerland (relocation assistance provided) Responsibilities * Design internal and external aircraft structures, interior elements, and integrated systems (e.g., cameras, antennas, equipment racks) * Prepare technical documents, including reports, analyses, test procedures, and installation instructions * Develop and maintain engineering design standards * Select appropriate materials, components, and equipment * Create mechanical concepts and designs for structural installations such as monument attachments, ceiling structures, antenna/camera mounts, avionics racks, wire routing, and auxiliary tank installations * Produce 2D and 3D CAD drawings * Work effectively with aircraft structural documentation and OEM references * Apply relevant certification requirements, rules, and means of compliance correctly Qualifications * 5+ years experience working as a mechanical design engineer in aerospace - Essential * Proficient in 2D/3D CAD * Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr Similar jobs
