Systems Integration Engineer

You'll work across product catalogues, order provisioning, and key third-party systems including payments, tax engines, and CRM tools - playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing platform performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end client & vendor integrations (scoping * delivery)
• Collaborating with Engineering, Product & QA teams to drive delivery
• Gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Managing stakeholders across multiple regions
• Troubleshooting complex issues & performing root cause analysis
• Producing clear integration documentation & reporting
• Supporting pre-sales & ongoing integration improvements

• 5+ years in e-commerce / systems integration environments
• Strong API integration experience (Shopify, Magento, SAP, Oracle etc.)
• Experience integrating with ERP, OMS & PIM systems
• Knowledge of integration methods (API, EDI, JSON, XML, streaming)
• Familiarity with AWS, SQL & analytics/reporting tools
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving & stakeholder management skills

This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you'll work closely with both clients and internal teams, shaping integration strategy and delivering real business impact.

As part of this journey, they're looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to take ownership of client and vendor onboarding, ensuring seamless connectivity across a wide ecosystem of platforms and services
