The role combines test software development, instrument control, and data analysis, supporting both the execution of reliability campaigns and the analysis of device performance and degradation. Requirements
processing, and analysis.Work with engineering teams to interpret results and identify device behaviour trends.Contribute to improving the automation and robustness of internal test platforms.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseMaster's degree in Physics, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.Proficiency in LabVIEW and C++.Working knowledge of Python for data processing and analysis.Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as SPI and I²C.Experience working with laboratory bench instruments such as power supply units (PSUs), oscilloscopes, pattern generators and multimeters.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.AdvantageExperience with NI TestStand for automated test environments.Background or practical experience in semiconductor device testing.Experience analysing large datasets and developing mathematical models for device behaviour and degradation.Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies (e.G., lifetime or stress testing).
