Scala Developer

Onsite £32k - £38k About The Role We're looking for a digitally-focused Mid-Weight Designer to join our creative team, working across both Matter and our sister studio Bread & Butter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the executional phase of design - translating brand strategy and creative direction into polished digital outputs. You'll be working across websites, wireframes, emails, social content, and motion graphics, helping bring ideas to life across a variety of sectors, including education, energy, healthcare, and charities. You'll be supported by a Creative Director and senior team who provide the brand thinking and art direction - your job is to take that and run with it, crafting high-quality digital deliverables with precision and flair.
