Job description
You'll work across product catalogues, order provisioning, and key third-party systems including payments, tax engines, and CRM tools - playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing platform performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end client & vendor integrations (scoping * delivery)
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product & QA teams to drive delivery
- Gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Managing stakeholders across multiple regions
- Troubleshooting complex issues & performing root cause analysis
- Producing clear integration documentation & reporting
- Supporting pre-sales & ongoing integration improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years in e-commerce / systems integration environments
- Strong API integration experience (Shopify, Magento, SAP, Oracle etc.)
- Experience integrating with ERP, OMS & PIM systems
- Knowledge of integration methods (API, EDI, JSON, XML, streaming)
- Familiarity with AWS, SQL & analytics/reporting tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you'll work closely with both clients and internal teams, shaping integration strategy and delivering real business impact.
