Job description
- Develop and maintain AI, NLP, and machine learning applications
- Build, train, and optimise machine learning and deep learning models
- Improve machine translation quality and performance
- Process, cleanse, and validate large and complex datasets
- Design and support scalable AI/ML architectures
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10 years' experience with Python and NLP/ML development
- Strong knowledge of libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face
- Experience with data processing, analytics, and large datasets
- Good understanding of microservices and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with vector search tools (e.g. Annoy, Qdrant)
- Knowledge of async frameworks (e.g. Tornado)
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools
- Relevant AI/ML certifications (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
- High level of discretion and professionalism
