ERP Solutions Architect

The Role As IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day technical support across the organisation, ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and high performing. You will: Provide end-user support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments Support wired and wireless network infrastructure Log, track, and resolve incidents in line with service expectations Assist with ongoing IT projects and infrastructure improvements What Youll Bring Minimum 4 years experience in an IT support or service desk environment Strong hands-on experience with: Windows 10/11 Active Directory Microsoft 365 MS Teams & Office applications Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks Experience supporting LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi environments Desirable Experience Experience with service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow) Understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity principles Exposure to firewall technologies Microsoft 365 Certification Why Apply?
