About the role As the IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, implementing and driving general infrastructure system improvements but also with a specialism for network technologies. Responsibilities Management of our global infrastructure estate (servers, networking equipment, etc) in relation to maintenance tasks and deployment projects for new technologies/capabilities Administration, troubleshooting and deployment of Microsoft identity management technologies Administration, troubleshooting and deployment of LAN solutions Supporting Security Specialists in relation to InfoSec infrastructure tasks Working with solution implementers in matters where expert infrastructure knowledge is required Providing feedback to the Infrastructure Manager in relation to evolving practices, technologies, and opportunities for the business Working with IT Business Partners to set expectations and develop communications around impactful changes Acting as a line 3 escalation point for IT Service Desk colleagues About you You will have proven experience working in an IT infrastructure role, preferably with a specialism in networking You will be proactive, reliable, solution-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment Experience within food manufacturing or a similar sector is a plus Professional certifications across relevant technologies is highly desirable We would love to hear from you if you have experience in some of the following areas: Networking Cisco and/or Aruba wired and wireless LAN technologies Firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet) Microsoft & Cloud Microsoft Windows Server, including Active Directory and Group Policy Microsoft 365, including EntraID Microsoft Powershell Mobile Device Management via InTune and/or Apple Business Manager Microsoft SQL Server Microsoft Office technologies Crowdstrike technologies VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft HyperV technologies Veeam and/or Avepoint technologies OT-related technologies (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell) Please note this is a Direct Search led by SARIA Food and Pharma.
