Network Automation Engineer Specialist

VoIP Systems EngineerRemote - UK£40,000 - £50,000 + benefitsApplause IT are recruiting for a VoIP Systems Engineer on behalf of an innovative European technology company delivering connected communication and healthcare technology solutions.This is a remote UK-based role where you'll work closely with internal engineering teams and external partners to configure, test and support VoIP and IP-based communication systems, ensuring integrations operate reliably and meet certification standards.The role combines VoIP systems engineering, network troubleshooting and partner integrations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across both technical problem-solving and collaborative technical delivery.The RoleKey responsibilities include:Configuring, maintaining and testing VoIP and IP-based communication systemsSupporting partner environments including servers, SIP trunks and device integrationsTroubleshooting network and integration issues using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump and packet captureSupporting partner onboarding and certification processesLeading technical testing sessions and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with partnersProducing clear technical documentation and system configuration guidanceWorking closely with development teams to provide feedback on product improvementsSupporting integration and installation projects with technology partnersThe role involves working with partners across multiple countries, so strong communication and collaboration skills are important.Skills & ExperienceWe're looking for an engineer with strong VoIP and networking fundamentals.
