The position will report to the Creative Director, Studio in London and work directly with the Head of Format and Entertainment in Los Angeles.Key ResponsibilitiesSlate building and strategy:Create original format ideas across priority genres and for specific channels; looking for quick wins, premium tentpoles and returnable franchises.Format design and iteration:Turn toplines into fleshed out concepts - playable games, twist mechanics, narratives with beginning, middle and end. Lead gameplay sessions and office run-throughs, using learnings to improve.Packaging and materials:Build persuasive one-pagers, decks and sizzles that sell look, feel and audience engagement. Script and oversee teasers and test shoots.Casting and talent packaging:Run contestant and contributor casting pipelines with a focus on diversity and strong gameplay.
