Job description
- Technical Scrum Master for x-functional teams including Functional and Technical consultant, Support Analyst, Developers.
- Understand Business Requirements and convert that into Technically actionable items (Epics, Stories, Tasks, sub-tasks, etc.)
- Design, own, and govern delivery logs, change logs, process logs, requirement traceability matrices.
- Manage Stakeholders, govern workflows for change.
- Lead meeting, workshops, scrum sessions, and manage outcomes with clear traceable links to delivery.
- Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitating ceremonies for the team like Spring Planning, Retrospective, Reviews, Stand up etc.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
- Mentors, coaches and develops individual team members and the team as a whole.
- Work closely with Area Product owner, Product owner, department head, customer programme management.
- Tracks and communicates the overall progress of the scrum teams delivery and team KPIs (using Burn-downs, burn-ups, Cumulative Flow, Velocity etc.).

Requirements
- Must have extensive experience of working as a Technical Scrum Master/Agile PM for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Must understand SDLC, Technical Delivery Framework and Challenges, Systems Architecture, Functional and Technical Specifications, Test Strategies and Management.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Passion and deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Working experience with Agile approaches SAFe® / LeSS® is required.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Awareness of PLM Applications e.g 3D Experience, Teamcenter etc for Automotive Domain.
- Must have working knowledge of DevOps principles and practices - CI/CD/Test Automation /DevOps tools.
- Should have great team leadership, inter-personal communication, and negotiation/influencing skills to guide, mentor and motivate agile teams.
- The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches:, XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
