Oracle Intelligent Advisor (IA) Developer

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Oracle Intelligent Advisor (IA) Developer to join a public sector project in the Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting IA rulebases, digital forms, and integrations that are secure, accessible, and production-ready. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment and has strong experience working across both front-end and backend IA components.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing IA rulebases and user-friendly form journeys

Configuring and managing Oracle IA Hub, deployments, and runtime behaviour

Building custom Web Determinations / Interview controls using vanilla JavaScript

Ensuring applications meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, etc.)

Developing and optimising SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data models

Creating and maintaining Java SOAP-based integrations

Performing testing (functional, regression, accessibility, and performance)

Supporting deployments via Azure DevOps and managing changes through ServiceNow

Providing live support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving defects
