This role is ideal for someone looking to support internal users across an O365 estate and eager to grow and develop key skills in MS365 support. Requirements

  • Good telephone manner and experience in telephone support.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of users.
  • Knowledge of O365 is advantageous, as is exposure to Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
  • IT-related qualification such as an apprenticeship or degree is beneficial.
